W celu zagwarantowania rezerwacji wymagana jest bezzwrotna przedpłata w wysokości 40% kwoty pobytu. Pozostała część płatności pobierana jest w momencie meldowania. Anulacja rezerwacji, bądź zmiana terminu pobytu, możliwa jest do 14 dni przed przyjazdem i powinna być potwierdzona w formie pisemnej. Wszystkie zmiany pobytów rozpatrywane będą indywidualnie.

In case of late cancellation or no cancellation, the prepayment will remain non-refundable.
